capable of developing materials that are custom-designed to meet specific customer needs. Our ability to research,
develop and produce high quality materials, 24-hours a day provides you the added benefit and security you need to
guarantee a successful paving program at lower costs.
Each plant has a fully equipped testing laboratory and personnel who are V.A.A.P. Level III certified to test and
design systems for all kinds of weather and aggregate sources.

Since 1984, Slurry Seal has been producing quality emulsion at our Richmond, Virginia facility. To better
service our customers, we opened additional facilities in Manassas, Virginia in 1993 and Dunn, North Carolina
in 2000. To insure continued quality and accomodate ever changing markets, our research staff is constantly
testing new materials and technology as we look to the future of the highway, airport and commercial pavement
industry.
